We have noticed that in some cases, the use of the GBoard keyboard extension has caused issues with the basic functionality of the app and in some instances we have noticed that a participants app will crash completely.
If you are experiencing a crash while using your keyboard or filling out a form in the app, it is likely caused by GBoard. We suggest removing this extension from your phone and trying again.
