Resolution (Work Around)
Sometimes the Bots get stuck in the queue. Look for a Bot in the dispatched Bots list that may need to be completed. Look for the COMPLETE button and press this. This will complete the bot and when the user logs into their account the next time, the new bot will be pushed them in chat.

It looks like we were able to clear the issue that was blocking your session notes from appearing in the app. When you have some time, please go ahead and open your app and you should see the session notes pushed to your chat.
If you do not see them after open the app a few times, please let us know and we will continue to investigate!

Cause (Show your Work)
I check the BOTs section of the user's account and noticed that the bot was stuck:
Looking further into the Lesson Complete Bot shows that the user actually asked about why they didn't receive the session notes.
