Your Treatment Score reflects how likely you are to significantly improve your health numbers (such as fasting blood sugar, weight or blood pressure) through the program. The higher the score, the better.
The treatment score calculation is based on the actions you’re taking, how your health numbers are progressing, and what we’ve learned from past participants. Once you’ve entered at least 3 daily check-ins, you’ll start seeing your treatment score.
Your score will move up or down depending if your health numbers are improving, how many plant-based meals you’re eating, how many minutes of exercise you’re getting, your progress with your recommended lessons and skills, how consistently you’re taking your medications, and a few other factors.
If you complete the activities on your daily plan and do your check-ins each day, you should see that reflected in your score. The more you increase your whole food plant-based meals and minutes of exercise each week, the faster your health will improve. Your score will update in real-time as you make changes.
