How will this improve my health?
The most important things we can do to treat Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure are eating more whole plant foods and exercising more often – but that’s easier said than done. What we eat and how physically active we are is very connected to how we think. These therapy lessons will help you take a deeper look at the core beliefs influencing your food and exercise choices and identify ones that may be holding you back. Your recommended skills will help you build new habits and see which ones work for you.
How long are the lessons?
Each lesson should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete. You’re welcome to spend more time on a lesson if you want to though.
What kind of skills will I learn?
We’ll recommend skills that will help you change what you eat and how much you exercise. There are also skills which encourage you to connect with others, make changes for better sleep, and take note of your thoughts and emotions. Practicing these skills will help you learn how to plan plant-based meals, make time for exercise, and shift your mindset around other important topics.
