Self-monitoring is an important part of successful behavior change, and performing a Daily Check takes just a minute or two each day.
To perform a Daily Check-In, follow these steps:
- Launch your app
- Click on the black + symbol (bottom left corner of your screen)
- Click the title of any Daily Check In to open it (i.e. "Plant-based meals" or "Exercise")
- Select the appropriate option or enter your recent numbers (i.e. for Weight, Blood pressure or sugar)
- Repeat for all of the Daily Check-Ins until all the checkmarks light up green, and you're all set!
If you need to update something you've already checked in, just click to open the card again and adjust as needed.
If you forget to check in one day, simply click "Yesterday" to go back.
